Privacy

What we collect, why, and your rights.

Last updated: 2026-05-10

The short version.

We don't track you. No analytics, no cookies, no third-party pixels. The only data we hold is the email address you choose to give us if you join the Kairos waitlist. We use it once — to tell you Kairos has launched — and then we delete it.

The waitlist

When you submit your address through the Notify Me form on the homepage, it is sent to a Google Form we control. Google acts as the data processor; sidereal.digital is the data controller. The submission lands in a private Google Sheet that only we can access.

We use your email address exactly once — to tell you Kairos has launched — and then delete it from our records within 30 days of the announcement.

We do not sell, share, or transfer your address to any third party.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. All fonts and other assets are served from sidereal.digital — no third-party CDNs receive your IP from loading this page.

The Kairos web demo at /kairos/demo/ runs entirely in your browser. It performs no network requests for personal data and stores preferences (theme, font size, onboarding state) only in your browser's local storage. You can clear that storage at any time through your browser's settings.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

Email hello@sidereal.digital from the address you signed up with. We aim to respond within seven days.

Jurisdiction

If you're in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or California, the rights above are guaranteed to you under the GDPR, UK-DPA, or CCPA respectively. We follow them as a matter of policy regardless of where you live.

Changes

If this policy meaningfully changes, we'll update the date at the top and note what changed. The current version always lives at sidereal.digital/privacy.html.
